“Paella de Mariscos y Pollo a mi gusto” tasty, juicy but with a crust on side & bottom. Prepared with Arroz Bomba & not alternated good real saffron threads from the market in Valencia & of course prepared without the crime of using food-colouring. Unfortunately, I could not carry the catch of the day great seafood from Valencia. However, I got what I needed also in Hamburg. Here on the market naturally you also get good quality fish & other seafood, but not the same choice of outstanding products like at the markets on the Mediterranean coast. …Sorry Hamburg, I’m from Hamburg & live now again in Hamburg, I love Hamburg, …but sometimes on has to face the facts; anyway,…I prepared the paella at home for some paella-crazy Latin-friends, …no leftovers.
… & a los Valencianos, I know the paella originates from Valencia & this is not the traditional Paella Valenciana, but this is as I said on the top “to my taste” how I like my paella, sometimes also with lobster.
